1. Services
FusionMed Cosmetic Centre provides medical aesthetic and wellness treatments at our Toronto locations. All treatments are performed or supervised by qualified medical professionals. Results may vary depending on individual health, skin type, and treatment response.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to decline service to individuals who repeatedly cancel without notice.
3. Medical Consultations
All treatments require a prior consultation to assess suitability. FusionMed reserves the right to decline or defer treatment where it is not medically appropriate. Our team will always prioritize your safety and wellbeing.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service. Treatment packages and memberships are non-refundable once services have commenced. Unused portions of packages may be credited toward other services at our discretion.
5. Liability
FusionMed is not liable for outcomes resulting from failure to disclose relevant medical history, non-compliance with post-treatment care instructions, or individual variation in treatment response. All clients must complete a consent form prior to treatment.
