Eye Area Care Toronto

A multi-modality approach to periorbital rejuvenation — combining fillers, neurotoxin, energy-based devices, and PRP to comprehensively address every concern around the eyes.

Book Consultation

Overview

The periorbital area — the skin surrounding the eyes — is often the first region to show visible signs of aging due to its extremely thin skin, constant movement, and structural changes in underlying fat and bone. At FusionMed, we approach eye area rejuvenation as a comprehensive, layered problem that rarely has a single solution. Depending on your specific concerns, we combine hyaluronic acid filler for tear troughs, Botox & Neurotoxin for crow's feet and brow positioning, laser or IPL for pigmentation and vascular changes, and PRP for tissue quality and dark circle improvement.

Benefits

What to Expect

  • Addresses all contributing factors to periorbital aging in a coordinated plan

  • Tear trough filler corrects under-eye hollowness and reduces shadowing

  • Botox & Neurotoxin smooths crow's feet and subtly elevates the brow tail

  • PRP improves skin quality, thin skin texture, and vascular dark circles

  • Laser and IPL reduce pigmented and vascular contributions to dark circles

  • Results appear natural — no 'overdone' or startled appearance

  • Treatments are tailored to address your specific anatomy and concerns

Ideal Candidate

Who It's For

Eye area rejuvenation is appropriate for adults who notice hollowness under the eyes, persistent dark circles, crow's feet, drooping brow tails, or puffiness from fat prolapse. The combination approach is particularly valuable for patients who have tried individual treatments (such as filler alone) without achieving a complete result. A thorough consultation identifies which modalities are most relevant for your specific presentation.

The Process

How It Works

01

Detailed Periorbital Assessment

Your physician evaluates the specific contributors to your eye area concerns: volume loss, skin laxity, pigmentation, vascular visibility, muscle activity, and bone resorption. This informs a multi-step treatment plan addressing all relevant factors.

02

Layered Treatment Approach

Treatments are sequenced and sometimes combined — filler for volume, Botox & Neurotoxin for muscle relaxation, laser or IPL for pigment and vessels, and PRP for tissue quality. Each modality is applied precisely to its optimal target.

03

Integrated Results

Because multiple factors are addressed simultaneously, results are more natural and comprehensive than any single treatment could achieve. Follow-up sessions are scheduled based on the longevity of each treatment component.

Common Questions

FAQs

Is tear trough filler safe?

Tear trough filler is a safe procedure when performed by an experienced physician with precise anatomical knowledge. The tear trough is a technically demanding area due to proximity to the orbital rim, thin overlying skin, and vascular structures. At FusionMed, all periorbital filler is performed by our physician using a cannula technique where appropriate to minimize vascular risk.

What causes dark circles and can they be treated?

Dark circles have multiple causes: volume loss creating shadows in the tear trough, hyperpigmentation of the under-eye skin, visible blood vessels through thin skin, and vascular congestion. Treatment is most effective when the correct cause is identified. Filler addresses shadowing from volume loss; PRP and laser improve pigmentation and vessel visibility; a combination addresses mixed presentations.

Will I look like I have had work done?

Our goal is always to look rested and refreshed, not treated. We use conservative volumes of filler and prioritize anatomical placement that integrates naturally with your features. Over-correction is avoided at all times. Our physician will show you before-and-after examples and discuss expected outcomes at consultation.

How long do eye area treatments last?

Tear trough filler typically lasts 9–18 months. Botox & Neurotoxin for crow's feet and brow lift lasts 3–4 months. PRP benefits accumulate over several sessions and can be sustained with periodic maintenance. IPL or laser improvements last 1–2 years with appropriate sun protection.
