Vaginal Tightening Toronto
A non-surgical, radiofrequency-based approach to intimate tissue rejuvenation — improving vaginal tone, mucosal hydration, and structural support without incisions or anesthesia.
Book ConsultationOverview
Vaginal laxity, mucosal dryness, and changes in intimate tissue tone are common physiological concerns experienced by women following childbirth or during and after menopause. At FusionMed, we offer non-surgical radiofrequency-based intimate rejuvenation using Morpheus8 Intima — a fractional RF microneedling device specifically adapted for intimate tissue — and external RF treatments for the labia and perineum. These procedures stimulate collagen and elastin in the vaginal mucosa and surrounding tissue, improving structural support, hydration, sensitivity, and overall comfort. All procedures are performed by a licensed physician in a fully private, sterile clinical environment.

Ideal Candidate
Who It's For
This treatment is appropriate for women experiencing vaginal laxity, dryness, reduced sensation, or mild stress urinary incontinence following vaginal delivery or as a consequence of hormonal changes during perimenopause or menopause. It is not a replacement for pelvic floor physiotherapy or surgical repair where these are indicated. Patients with active vaginal infections, certain gynecological conditions, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding are not candidates. A medical consultation is required to confirm suitability.

The Process
How It Works
01
Medical Consultation
Your physician conducts a thorough private consultation, reviewing your medical history, obstetric history, and specific concerns. A physical assessment confirms that RF-based treatment is appropriate, and a protocol is developed addressing internal and/or external areas as indicated.
02
RF Treatment Session
Topical or local anesthetic is applied to maximize comfort. The Morpheus8 Intima applicator delivers fractional RF energy internally to stimulate mucosal collagen remodeling. External RF treatment addresses labia and perineal tissue. Sessions last 30–45 minutes.
03
Progressive Tissue Improvement
Collagen remodeling and mucosal rejuvenation develop over 6–12 weeks following each session. A course of 3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart is standard. Patients typically report improved comfort, tone, and sensation beginning at 6–8 weeks post-treatment.

Common Questions
FAQs
Is the procedure painful?
Patient comfort is a priority throughout the procedure. Topical anesthetic gel is applied to the treatment area before treatment begins. Most patients describe the sensation during internal treatment as mild pressure with occasional brief warmth. Post-treatment, there may be mild tenderness for 24–48 hours. Overall, the procedure is well-tolerated by most patients.
How many sessions are required?
A standard course consists of 3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Most patients notice improvement beginning after the first or second session, with optimal results evident at 2–3 months after the final treatment. Annual maintenance sessions sustain the collagen-remodeling benefits.
Is there any downtime after vaginal RF treatment?
There is minimal downtime. We recommend abstaining from sexual intercourse for 5–7 days following each session to allow tissue recovery. Light activities can be resumed the same day. Strenuous exercise and swimming should be avoided for 48–72 hours.
Can this treatment help with stress urinary incontinence?
RF-based vaginal rejuvenation addresses the mucosal and tissue laxity that can contribute to mild stress urinary incontinence (leakage with coughing, sneezing, or exercise). Clinical data supports improvement in mild cases. For moderate to severe urinary incontinence, additional evaluation by a urogynecologist is recommended in conjunction with our treatment.
